Hello! I'm a Global People & Culture Leader with a proven track record in scaling HR Operations for tech start-ups and small businesses.

I recently fulfilled a longtime dream and finished writing my book on the invisible burden of working in HR, the responsibilities that don't make it to the job description. A book I wish I had at the start of my career. Beyond HR, I’m an avid succulent gardener, reader, and lifelong learner who enjoys living in Santa Barbara, CA, with my husband and dog.
